BarkWise Bark Control Collar

Using harmless sensory interruptions - like sound or vibration to startle your dog and break their barking cycle.  Over time, a dog associates their barking with this annoying but painless sensation and learns to remain quiet.

Introducing a versatile 3-in-1 training barkWise dog collar that provides automatic assistance, whether your present or not.  This collar offers three training modes - ultrasonic sound, vibration and audible tones - allowing you to tailor the training approach that suits both of you and your dog.  Teach your furry friend to curb nuisance barking and address unwanted behaviours such as jumping or digging.  Experience the convenience and effectiveness of this innovative training solution.

Watch the BarkWise video for the complete guide and how to set your collar up on the correct settings.

Best Practices for Effective Dog Training

For the collar to be a successful training tool, it must be used correctly alongside active training methods

Combine with Positive Reinforcement: The collar stops bad behavior, but you still need to reward good behavior. Whenever your dog remains calm and quiet during a trigger—such as the doorbell ringing—offer verbal praise and high-value treats.
  1. Teach the "Quiet" Command: Use a verbal command like "quiet" first. If the dog stops, reward them. If they continue, the collar provides the correction, helping them link your verbal command to the correction.
  2. Ensure a Proper Fit: For the sensor to register correctly, the collar must fit snugly on the neck (you should only be able to fit one or two fingers between the strap and your dog's fur).
  3. Identify the Root Cause: Barking is often a symptom of boredom, territorial instincts, or separation anxiety. Collars interrupt the behaviour but do not cure anxiety.
