We charge a $7 flat rate in Auckland and $12 flat rate outside of Auckland. Some bulky products e.g dog beds will be calculated at checkout.

Yes we do, Our rates will be calculated at Checkout. It depends which country but most orders take 2 - 3 weeks to be delivered.

The following items are excluded from International Shipping..Dog Food, Dog Treats. We can ship dog beds but customers will need to contact us so we can get a quote for the shipping.

Simply follow the size guides that we offer on each page. If you are trying to measure for a harness with regards to the Curli's go by the weight of your pet this is usually spot on. If you pet is slightly over weight and on the cuff then go up a size.

For the Goldpaw Fleeces measure the length of your pets back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail this will give you the length of the fleece, coat.
